Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable

If you return part of your order, only the returned items will be refunded

If you return the full order, the original shipping costs will also be refunded (return costs remain your responsibility)

In case of damage, a faulty product, or an incorrect delivery, please contact us immediately and keep the product. We will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
